Q. How long will it take to receive my personalized item? A. Your personalized item sent via standard shipping methods should arrive in 7-9 days. We offer rush shipping for an additional $6.95. Orders with Rush handling will arrive in 5-7 days. You may also select express shipping to receive your item in 3-5 days for additional fee of $22.
Most of our unique items require 1-3 days to personalize. Please note that some of our items require additional time to personalize, some up to 4 weeks. Some items, due to the time to personalize, can not be expedited. Please carefully check the item description to determine the length of time to personalize your individual gift. Q. How will I know when my order has been shipped? A. You will receive notification, via email, that your item has shipped and will include tracking information to check the progress of your shipment through the postal system. The shipping notification will be sent to the email address you provided to us when ordering. There are instances when tracking is not available. In those cases, an email will notify you of the date of shipment only.

Q. How can I track my order online? A. The majority of our orders are sent via Federal Express Smartpost in conjunction with the United States Postal Service. Your shipment notification will provide a link allowing you to track your item on the postal service site. You may also track your order online at Personalcreations.com by clicking on “Order Status” at the upper right of our home page. It will provide you with information on the status of your order; if shipped, it will provide you with the date and how the order was shipped.

Q. Can I return a personalized item? A. Personal Creations stands behind the quality of every product we sell. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, except when there is a quality concern. If your order it is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it, in new condition, in its original packaging for a prompt replacement or merchandise refund. All returns MUST be made within 30 days of receipt of the item.

Q. I made a mistake on the item I ordered. Can I get a replacement? A. As your order enters our production environment immediately upon placement of your order, it is extremely important that you review your order for correctness prior to submission. We do understand, however, that mistakes happen! Take special care when reviewing your order; check your spelling, dates and names very carefully. In the event you’ve made an error and need a replacement, we would be happy to extend a 25% discount if you need to re-order. Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement item at no charge to you.

Q. What payment methods do you accept? A. Personal Creations accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You can pay by check or money order by sending your order through the mail.

Q. Do you offer Quantity Discounts? A. Personal Creations offers volume discounts on large orders of the same item. If you are organizing a family reunion or planning your wedding, please contact our customer service department for pricing.

Q. Can I order Photo Items on the Internet? A. We do accept digital photos for reproduction on selected products. Click here to visit our Photo Gifts Page. For the best quality reproduction, please review our Image Requirements before uploading your image.
If the item you want to order is not available with a digital image upload, or if your images do not meet the minimum standards for upload, you may send a photo to us with your order through the mail at: Personal Creations Order Department, 19W661 101st Street, Lemont, IL 60439 or print out our order form: PRINTABLE ORDER FORM.
You may request a mail-order catalog using our Catalog Request Form. Photos or digital images must accompany orders for photo items.

Q. How can I enter my promotion code once I have submitted my order? A. It is important to check all information on your online order prior to submitting it, as no changes can be made once your order enters our production environment. Only one offer/promotion per order and offers/promotions can not be placed on a pending or prior order.

Q. Does pricing information appear on the packing slip when sending an item as a gift? A. Your gift recipient will receive a packing slip only, showing the items shipping to their location without pricing. Your gift recipient will know that you forwarded the gift as your name and bill to address will be shown on the packing slip. If the item is shipping to you, pricing details will be shown.
